Very old apartments. the grounds need a lot of renovation (staircases falling apart, tennis court is a playground for kids, pool is closed half the summer for "health reasons") Managment/owners change about once a year. Maintenance staff are somewhat lazy and take a long time to fix things but are very friendly. Family place not college place. overall we stayed because of the cheap rent and relatively large apartment.
