My apartment was really nice and big, but there were some major maintenance problems that did not get fixed very quickly. I had a leak that lasted for months before it was fixed. I liked the layout and landscaping, but I think you can find something cheaper or at least closer to campus! This is right across from a high school, so traffic sucks in the mornings.

I rented from spring '04 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $450 during fall/winter for a private room.
