The staff is rude and doesn't care about you as a patron or person. They are all college students. Maintenence could be quicker. I can hear everything in my bedroom from outside. Noise levels are horrible. Don't lock yourself out b/c then it costs 25 bucks to get them to come back after hours. (Mind you the person who unlocks, lives in the complex) The gates were broken/open for half of the fall semester and all of spring semester. My tile has never been glued down in the bathroom, so they are moveable. The model apartment is much nicer than the real apartment, i.e. tin closet doors instead of wood doors, nicer carpet and furniture than in reality. The rent is too high for the quality. I am moving to another complex with 1 less roommate and less money! Plus, rent has gone up since I signed my lease.. it's either went up 15 or 20 dollars. I can't remember.
