The complex is in a unique location. They are a really nice set of Apartments for living at a very affordable cost, the problem is the surrounding neighborhoods who are under cared for and crime is present. This sets all surrounding complex's in the area back, because they would be really great properties.

I rented from summer '08 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $515 during fall/winter for a private room.
