Before Colonial Grand took over last year I had no complaints about the complex. Now though I can hardly ever get in contact with anyone at the leasing office by phone or in person. I sent the corporate office an email several weeks ago in regards to that matter and I still haven't heard anything from them.

I rented from fall '05 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $840 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $870 during spring/summer for a private room.
