Other than the fact that the walls and floors are thin(these are older apts) and that the spinklers decide to malfunction from time to time this place is great. The people are friendly and respectful. They work with you in tough situations. It is a nice little community.

I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $670 during fall/winter.
