The rent is too much for what you get. The security has gone downhill and cars/apts get broken into all the time. Find something closer to campus b/c the drive is a pain. Takes twice as long in the morning and evening than it should.

I rented from summer '02 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $980 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $1000 during spring/summer for a private room.
