I have been living there for quite a while now. Started as a condo complex, but to get the #s up, they are renting to everyone. Expensive for what you get. Walls are thin-can hear everyone. Becoming another college community with animals(human and not)allowed to be there. Mgmt stinks - this Tony guy is like the letter-police. Sends notices for every stupid thing, but looks and acts like a jerk. Really rude staff, except for the maintenance people who just yes you to death. Place looks good from the outside, but quality really poor! ...
