I looked at many apartments in the area before deciding to move here. compared to other places, the grounds are well immaculate, staff and management is extremely friendly and have always bent over backwards to make everything to your liking. cabinets and kitchen is a little outdated, not by much, but they are actually starting to remodel all apartments for incoming tenants. very quiet and literally 10 minutes from everything. it is a 10-15 min. drive to NSU but the price you get for the square footage is worth it. many of my other classmates have started to migrate toward the area for the same reasons. definitely check it out.
