Most aspects of living here sucks. The management uses the great location as an excuse to be extremely overbearing. The parking spaces are super compact, I had my car hit in the lot twice. Everything from the A/C to the ice machine in the fridge broke at least one. If you're in to the "drunk-from-Thursday-night-to-Sunday-morning" scene, than this place is for you. People who need even a marginally quiet and stable environment need not apply. It's decent price and unbeatable location are its onlt saving graces
