This apartment complex is disappointing to say the least. Rent may be low, but they are still running a business and the least they could do is exercise some common sense and decency! Some of our difficulties so far: given the wrong address for mail forwarding, A/C unit broken upon move-in, next-door apartment flooded during maintenance and nobody told us so it leaked into ours (hundreds of dollars in property damage), quoted the wrong rent due, missing/intermittent mail with monthly statements being returned to companies as "non-deliverable", etc.

I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $579 during fall/winter for a studio.
