This place is horrendous. We were told that apartment 121 would look like the model when we moved in. Instead it was moldy (see picutre of toilet), run-down, dusty, dirty, water stains on roof and walls, both toilets were moldy beyond beleif, tubs was moldy, sink vanities were water damaged. Basically the whole apartment was in serious disrepair. The manager seemed unconcerned about how trashed the place was. He said that a cleaning crew had already been through the place. But it seems as if they were drunk when they "cleaned". I have many more pictures that show how disgusting this place is and would be happy to share them with this website. We found the apartment to be uninhabitable and did not move in. After arguing we got our deposit and rent back. However, the manager did not pay for the extra days we needed with the Uhual. All our stuff was already loaded in it!
If you decide to move in here make sure you get everything that management says in writing. If they say your apartment will be cleaned/reparied...get it in writing! Make sure they give you a reasonable time line as well. They had over 1 month from the time we signed the lease until we were suppossed to move in to make the apartment livable. My advice is to look elswhere and be cautious when dealing with this management company.

Run away!!!!!! Promised that apartment would look like model. This is laughable. Filthiest apartment ever seen. Signed lease, but did not even move in.

Worst place to live. Swimming pool, gym, and laundry room are dirty. Bath tub leaks year round. Receive no help nor maintenance from this apartment landlord. Good luck if you want to try living here!

I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $774 during fall/winter for a private room.
