The management is by far the worst of its kind! Things don't get fixed...the rent is WAY too high for what you're getting...and there have been multiple break ins to cars in the past few months. I have lived here for a year and can't wait till my lease is up because i am OUTTA here! Seriously, if you're a young person (I am) you get treated like you're 12 by the management! Find somewhere else! I should say that when I first moved in, everything was fine...until the new managemnt came along. They ruined eveything! The whole water bill thing is another thing you should be aware of. You don't actually pay for your own water usage...they tally up the water usage from all apartments and then split it! I went from having a $30 water bill to having a $60 water bill because of this method! It's not fair, why should I have to pay for my neighboors water usage? ...
