I stayed in this place before knwoing the neighborhood and surroundings. The comments I read before I moved in and after signing lease I thought was from angry evicted persons BUT no way...this place is horrible. Noisey kids, teens running up and down the hallways, drug dealers in front of your door as you return from work, security guards sleeping with tenants and management, burglaries when police car is parked for display purpose only and trash in the hallways always!!! Dirty, people pissing in the hallway, throwing garbage out of the side windows, once I even found human feces inside the washing machine. They will charge you for water and the use of the laundry, but they own both companies. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
