I live in a 3/2 where I share a bathroom with my roommate. There are 2 gates on both ends, one for guests and the other for visitors, but the downside is that you have to pay $50 for the resident gate if you want to use it. It can be a little noisy from the walls being thin so u may hear people from outside and the kitchen is small with little space to move and prep food. But I love my spacious bedroom that has a huge window and a spacious living room. It’s great for bringing guests over! One thing I love is all you have to do is put your trash in front of your door and they will pick it right up that night! It is a gated apartment and I do feel more safe compared to when I lived a non-gated community before. The maintenance is friendly and on time, and the amenities are lovely. This includes the gym, a playground, a workspace area with computers/ free printing, a pool, and even an area to vacuum your car. Ashton even has a beautiful lake in the middle that’s great to take a walk around and it has an adorable gazebo. The staff was lovely too when I was in the process of signing my lease. There are more families vs college students living here too. The rent is fair for what I paid for and I would highly recommend this apartment to other people! ...
