I've been beyond annoyed. First off a new apartment complex took over several months ago and now we continue to have issues. The handicapped parking areas have been parked by vehicles who DO NOT HAVE A HANDICAP MARKINGS ON THERE VEHICLES. I have repeatedly called the complex and reported this to only find out they have done nothing. I REQUESTED a garage because of this issue but now being charged for one. My garage was vandalized today. Someone unlocked my garage and stole two things including my dog cage I put in there and also a cart I needed so I can bring things into my apartment. This complex is totally not worth the price or headache. My neighbors are also rude (least one side). ...

When you think about a home, you think safety, convenience, family, and friends. I feel that Arelia James give you that feeling while you're away from your family. From the gated entrance, to the 24 hour security cameras, I know that my family and I feel comfortable knowing that I am safe. Arelia James is walking distance form the Towncenter. I rented a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with my two roommates at the time. We stayed for around 12 months, and moved after our lease ended. Overall, our experience was pleasant. However, once the leasing office closed due to COVID-19 precautions, the property managers became nearly impossible to reach. Multiple times me and my roommates contacted the property management about issues regarding our move-out process. It did not matter if it was via phone or email. It qas impossible to get someone to pick up the phone, and voicemails and emails took them forever to respond to. I have no complaints with the apartment or the facilities. I just wish the property management had been easier to get in contact with when we had pressing questions that needed answering. ...
