I moved here before starting my 1st year at USF, was really the only place that would let me rent at age 17. Clean apartments, maintence will fix things minor quickly major in a timely fashion. Parking is good, not assigned. Office staff is okay, not the nicest but not overly rude either. Very affordable I got a special the 1Bed 1Bath runs for 625 but I pay 525 locked in for entire lease. Nice clubhouse, okay pool, no spa. Allows pets I think there is a breed restriction. You can register to win early bird prizes for paying rent early even one day early!
