I lived in Cimmaron apartments while going to the Ringling School of Art and Design from 2002-2006. I tell my wife to this day that I miss that apartment and the complex. I can only speak for how it was then, but it remains to this day the best apartment I've ever lived in (I've lived in a few since after moving for various jobs).

I rented from summer '02 through winter '06.
I paid monthly rent of $750 during fall/winter for a private room.
