Okay housing for students in my opinion. A little on the pricey side, for my standards of living. Front office staff seems like they don't want to be there every time I've visited. But the maintenance on the other hand is very responsive. Gate is broken often, and parking spaces are far too close so vehicles are damaged frequently throughout the complex. Room sizes very and some rooms are built a little off. Thing in the room break all the time but again maintenance is great about that. Hot tub never works so that kinda suck as well. ...

I lived at West 10 for 3 Semesters and was happy with my experience. The apartment had what I needed, but would have loved a slightly bigger room for the 3 bedroom apartment I was in. When something need to be fixed, it was done in a timely manner.

It was a great apartment to live in, the staff who worked there were very pleasant and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The only downside is that it is a little bit farther from campus than I would've liked.

So far it has been good but I have had some issues with them that is very upsetting. We don't have visitors parking so when residents get visitors or have a party there is no where to park. A resident had a visitor over and they blocked my car in, illegally double parked, and I missed class. Someone broke into my car and stole my wallet. People don't respect the gate so the run through it which causes it to break and not close all the way, so the gate is rarely ever closed. ...

The amenities are great and I overall enjoy living here. However, when I first moved in my apartment was a disaster and the carpets were still wet. The gate at the entrance is often times broken or opened 24/7.
