The Boardwalk at Inverrary is a very nasty rental community. The elevators are saturated with urine on a nightly basis and the hallways are filled with horrible odors and trash. My total issues where: leaking under the sink, A/C leak and not working,
bedroom windows unable to close, living room closet broken, some outlet not working and to top it off when it rains the carpet in both bedrooms gets soaked. And forget about the office getting anything fixed, but when they do come its a patched up job.

I rented from summer '06 through spring '07.
I paid monthly rent of $1028 during fall/winter for a private room.
