When I first came to look at apartmenrs the staff was friendly and I was shown a beautiful apartment. I was rentig the same layout once it became available. Three weeks later I moved in. The apartment I rented was very clean but that is the only posative thing that I can say. The cabinet doors were broken, The air conditioning barely worked, Two windows would not open and the shower did not work in the bath tub. The paint job was horrible and the walls appear to have never been painted. Spots were painted cream and oherswhite. Two weeks after moving in the aprtment above me flooded and water came through into my living rom damaging my walls, sofa and floors. The damage was never repaired in the 15 months I lived there. Kanine fecies was all over the property and the maintenence staff sold drugs to tenants. The leasing manager was addicted to prescription pain medication and would gossip about all of the tenants. The Painter "B' was cought trying to break into a neighbors apartment and was never made redundant. After 12 months of hell was ready to move out since my lease was up but the manager magicly renewed my lease without my consent. It took 3 months of phone calls and dealing with the court to be released from my lease renewal that I didnt sign in the first place. I would stay away from Iron Ridge.

I paid monthly rent of $1000 during fall/winter for a private room.
