If you don't mind no air conditioners, no dishwashers, and bugs you are going to be fine. The toliet constantly runs even though I have reported it many times along with the non working elec sockets, holes where the air conditioning units USED to be; no soundproofing WHATSOEVER then again, you should be okay. Resident cars are towed, though you are advised to display your resident sticker. Many non resident vechiles parked for days are still here though. Overflowing trash containers, numerous stray cats and boarded over windows are a norm. Guess I should be thankful for the cats, cause I'm sure there would be many more rodents than just the few dead ones I've seen outside. Oh well, guess I should just be happy I have a home.

I rented from spring '05 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $655 during fall/winter.
