Parking use exceeds number of spaces. So if come home after 7 or 8 pm, have to wait for someone to leave to park. ALSO MOLD PROBLEM. Plumbing old and tends to back up and overflow down into the kitchen area leading to mold in cabinets and walls. AC/heat is ancient and doesn't do much. Office staff tends to brush you off.

I paid monthly rent of $675 during spring/summer for a private room.

Parking by permit, all others towed even visitors. Overall no parking left after 9 pm. Also if you enjoy lots of mold, bad plumbing, leaking windows and roofs then you might like it here. May have to legally force them to do repairs.
