If you want an overpriced apt. where you are paying for location ONLY and the mgt refuses to be responsible for the security and vandalism of your vehicle parked in their "supposedly" secure car which you pay for, then, this is the place for you. Vandalism is rampant. They refuse to take initiatives to prevent and/or stop the vandalism except to send out letters telling the residents that they should take precautions to prevent their vehciles from being vandalized.

I rented from fall '05 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $1382 during fall/winter for a private room.

Management is incompetent. Unless you have an attorney already don't bother with Avalon Arlington Square. They had even been charging military people that got orders to move. ILLEGAL!

I rented from fall '05 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $2400 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $2700 during spring/summer for a private room.
