Ceebraid Signal, the managers of Hoyt-Bedford are total slum lord scum bags who only get away with charging what they do because it's Stamford. The office staff is rude, they don't listen to complaints, they 'adjust' your rent bill however they see fit and accuse you of NOT PAYING! They are dishonest, and they could care less about anyone they deal with - and have major attitude problems. I call it "CUSTOMER NO SERVICE". IF I had time, I would stand outside with a sign saying, "You don't want to live here." AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. It's noisy, dirty, lacks parking, and yet they still try to raise the rent on you. PROTEST! Force them into the ground by not patronizing them. And make sure to get Lynn and Mary and those ------- LOSER scums in the office fired. I have a very high threshold for stupidity, but they trampled all over it. I AM A VICTIM OF THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE TOO.
