I cant say anything negative about this property and especially nothing bad about its staff. The property is fairly quiet, people mostly keep to themselves, and the units are kept in good repair. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Their service is as good as it can possibly get without someone hovering over you 24/7. I have never had to wait more than 2 days to get somethign fixed and usually its fixed within a matter of hours.

I rented from fall '03 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $600 during fall/winter for a private room.
