This place sucks. The apartment is O.K. but the management is terrible and there is virtually no security. I live in one of the "secure" buildings and pay extra to park in a "secure" locked garage but my car was broken into in the garage and I lost $2700.00 in stereo equipment and personal belongings. My car insurance is going to replace the stereo equipment and repair the damage to my car but most of the personal stuff cannot be replaced. My girlfriend went to the office to report the break-in to the management and ask for their assistance while I secured my vehicle and they said "sorry that's not our responsibility" and they wouldn't even call the police for us. There is a security patrol but all they do is lock up the management and recreation building and then sit in their car at the management building. The girls that work in the office are airheads, you have to call them 3 to 4 times to get anything done at your apartment and every time you call, they say that they will write a work order and then nothing ever happens. My grandparents have been paying my rent while I'm going to school and we had to sign a 12 month lease to rent this place. They tried to pay the entire lease but the management wouldn't let them saying "it's not our policy" even though there is nothing in the lease agreement that prohibits doing so.
