Old facility, built in the 1960s, and painted an off pink with brown/green trim. One major criticism is the lack sound insulation, privacy is sacrificed to a significant degree. Also, the base floorboards are shared between units and due to the age, transfer movement between units as vibration. Despite the age related shortcomings the parking lot is well lighted, there are trees in the front section (attractive although they do drop sticky pine needles), and any petty crime is extremely rare. The management is professional yet pay heed to this caution: Rent will likely increase 1 month following the expiration of a lease, it is a good idea to decide to stay or move well in advance.
