These apartments might be OK if you like noisy people. If not than don't even consider these. The walls and windows are so paper-thin that I can't sleep at night with all the college parties. Nothing special about these tiny room-shared units --- just mass-produced, basic quality materials at best. On a side note, If you like scamming chicks than you might like it here. Plenty of young hot college babes. Location completely sucks, miles from downtown, college, and the post office. I'm sure there has to be better apartments in Davis than these. However, there might be worse.
