I lived here for a year. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. our apartment had the old carpet and old cabinets, even though everyone around us had upgrades. They were doing construction the entire year which made it very loud. I supposed people recently moving in will be better off, although I assume they will be jacking the price up.

If you are moving in with an animal beware of the "manditory" cleaning fees whether or not you made the mess. They go in there with a blacklight and find stains that could be decades old!

Each apartment has 1 assigned spot. Only 1 room had cable, and when we had the second room wired they made us sign a liability form putting all charge on us.

Landlords are disorganized and don't communicate well.

The surroundins are nice, the location is perfect. The neighbors are good people. So this makes it worth it.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '06.
