Quality: like the other rating for this place said, everything looks great upon first look, but quickly unravels. BUGS! ANTS. EVERYWHERE. We are not messy people and dont leave crumbs. landlord has made the comment that we have the cleanest apartment in the whole building. no reason for ants other than an infestation that can only be resolved by a professional exterminator
Price: HAH this place is a joke for how much people are paying.
Location: directly above a used car lot and mission gorge road. constant road noise, loudspeaker telephone calls from the dealership, buzzing lights at night
Social life: not many social people. bunch of hermits
Landlord: LAZY SLUMLORD. currently not even in the country. will give you every excuse as to why a project hasnt been completed. repeated phone calls and no response. took them 3 months to get a working a/c unit in our apartment in the middle of the summer. Project still isnt finished. No capable property manager. broken pipes under our sink are ruining the floors.
Parking: unsecured, but gated. has a top (ungated) lot and a bottom (gated) lot. only been here since may and had my own car broken into and had another resident's car (parked in the gated lot) broken into. management has security cameras, but of course, they dont work. parking rules never enforced. got a late night job? dont expect to be able to find a parking spot within a block of the place.


I rented from winter '07 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $975 during fall/winter.

Although everything looks to be in order when you first move in, all that quickly unravels.

--bed bugs (which the landlords REFUSE to get professionally exterminated)
--fleas and cockroaches (the landlords gave us a can of flea powder... that was the extent of their extermination. "here's some powder, good luck!")
--vehicle theft (stolen right from the parking lot)
--unorganized landlords (they never gave us a copy of our signed lease, as far as I know, it was lost)
--don't expect your security deposit back (they took our deposit for something that was written in our lease (which we never got) and unrelated to apartment damage.)
--landlords are dishonest (we caught them in several lies)
--repairs (ceiling fan blade flew off...?? and the other ceiling fan is coming out of the ceiling, we can't even turn it on. notified landlord... he never stopped by.)
--they refuse to negotiate (we are in the process of suing them for bedbug damages and stolen security deposit)

I'm sure there are many more little things I could think of. Take it from someone who got royally taken advantage of... steer clear.
