This apartment complex is the worst that I have ever encountered. The staff is ill prepared, not nice, and never on time. When I wish to use the facilities, they seem to never be open during the posted time. The day I moved in, the guy who was supposed to give me my keys and let me sign the least was an HOUR AND A HALF late. The staff cant speak English, so I am left trying to figure out what they're talking about. My neighbors are constantly noisy and having parties throughout the WEEK. The children run and scream loudly next to my front door, up the stairs, in the grassy null, and throughout the complex. The tennis courts are overtaken by the children and left dirty and there are no lights to play at night. The pool area has trash everywhere. The way the apartment has been kept up does not look as though it was properly built; the paint has runs and is uneven; the caulking on floor in the bathroom is barely there; pictures, cockroaches, and trash were left in the cupboards before I moved in; and the doors and windows cannot be properly secured to ensure that the crazy people outside cannot come in. Overall, this place has been a nightmare. If I did not have a one-year lease, I would be out by now. I advise everyone who looks at this place to be aware that they are in for a rude awakening.
