Cabrillo Palisades is the worst place to rent ever!!! I moved in 2 years ago when they had different managment, then they where tolerable. Now their so called "managment" is incompetent, and rude. You will not be acknowledged when you walk into their office, and if you need anything fixed (ex:mice problems) you may as well do it yourself. The parking is horrible, partly due to it being across from the hospital. and if you want dents in your car be sure to park on the street. The residents are less then classy so be sure to lock your doors, front and back. I have seen people climbing up over the balconys to break in to homes! They just passed a flyer warning people to lock their doors due to 15 year olds breaking into homes!! There is a lot of low income residents that will let their devil children run around the complex causing mayhem, breaking bottles, vandalizing, breaking into the laundry room etc. So, if you don't mind all that then you can get a great bargin and move in with one month free!
