This apartment is outrageously overpriced! And if you don't watch your back, they will jack the prices up on you. Its rediculous, they will raise the rent and then take away some of the amenities. There are some good apartments on Evendale Ave. Thankyou ratemyapartments.com for letting me vent about these stupid apartments!

I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $1445 during fall/winter for a studio.
I paid monthly rent of $1670 during spring/summer for a studio.
