Aside from the occassional noisy neighbor, the complex is pretty quiet. I stayed there while I was in college and you can easily get to Sac State taking the streets in about 15 minutes. Good for a college student, but beware of the management company's representative. If you ever have to deal with her, be prepared for outright rudeness.
