Security is non-existent. The fitness Center is poorly maintained. The pool is never cleaned. Theft is rampant. Hot water is quite often unavailable due to a faulty boiler. Drainage from sinks, washer, etc is poor.

I rented from summer '00 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $1332 during fall/winter.
