Overpriced, tiny apartments. Owner starts an improvement project, then won't finish it until everyone complains. They also charge $150 a month (!) for parking (if you're -lucky- enough to get a spot, that is), and they'll nickel-and-dime you for everything they can. Neighborhood is noisy and safety is questionable; Look elsewhere.
