This place is a hell-hole! If you are considering renting, be sure you see an actual rental, not a model apartment - there is a world of difference! If you like binge-drinkikng and smoking in and around the pool, getting high on your neighbor's pot coming through the walls, and waking in the middle of the night to the sounds of beer bottles hitting your door, this is the place for you!!!!!
