This place is terrible. fOR AN OVERPRICED unit, there is no parking, unfriendly neighbors, the manager ignores you after she gets your money, the plumbing is constantly turned OFF , due to 'issues', so no water during the day about every week.
There is little water pressure.
Bugs and roaches everywhere.
Dog feces all over the grass, so when your friends come over, they bring an aromatic treat on their shoes!
Everyone here has a barking dog, so forget quiet. Also alot of noise from the Palms Blvd.
Cars are broken into alot too. I had my radio stolen.
