If I can give 0 stars, I would. On their website, the apartments that we lived in are priced a $1500. We were paying almost $2000 a month for this p.o.s apartment. Front office lie all the time. Maintenance is trash but they've gotten better with that. The place is garbage all the way around. Homeless people walk around the property all the time. It was nerve-racking at time to be there.. I wouldn't suggest living there ...

I wouldn’t let my worst enemy live at this slum! Cockroaches and unqualified rude manager. So filled with excuses and zero correction. The pool is always green and closed. Constant police presence and not in a good way.

Staff in the front office is horrible Aspen is the worst, she has no people skills at all. There was a mold issue in my previous unit 2020 , she Just had maintenance paint over the mold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID ! At all cost avoid Jerome Apts , i have a mentally challenged son that was lied to by management and coerced into signing new lease . Without getting into specifics i will be in touch with ACLU and Americans with disabilities . Shame on you Aspen (property manager) . Taking advantage of people less fortunate is a sin. ...
