Campus Pointe Apartments

The management is very nice, but they are not good about notifying you when, for example, some other apartment in your building is flooded and this means that your air conditioning must be turned off for a week. The rooms are large and everything electrical works (even the stove!). Unfortunately, this complex is plagued by small cockroaches. This is especially a problem as the temperature rises. On a positive note, the complex is usually quiet (families live here too) and very close to campus, a nearby grocery store, and a bus route that will take you to the local library. The shower water is always hot (or cold, as you like it) and there is plenty of parking (though sometimes you have to park in the guest lot).

I rented from winter '08 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $650 during fall/winter for a shared room.
