I moved in in February and i recieved nothing but great customer sevice since arriving. I also get student discounts and GPA incentives. Reccomend this palce

I rented from spring '08 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $739 during fall/winter for a shared room.

Ive been here since June of 2007 and its been shit ever since then. not only did they have a management/owner change in the beginning of my lease but the change was terrible. once the new management came in they never told us any changes in our contract and believe me THERE WERE A LOT. we were supposed to have our air filters replaced automatically by this company every single month but then i come to find that they are not doing that. we all kept getting sick and I couldnt get it out of this apartment so i looked at the filter and it was filthy. i brought it in furious and complained and they responded " its not our fault the old management never told us" but yet somehow its my fault for not being notified of this discontinued service. then we turned in our notice for vacancy two days late and they tried to get us to pay more for the last month after they screwed us out of our initial free week in june as stated by the original management's contract. how can somebody expect you to alert them of changes to your lease(cancellation) when they dont even tell u changes in ur service? the front gate is always open and its always broken. yeah they have a security guard that weights less than 150 lbs and rides around on a bike annoyingly asking tenants questions when he should be busy guarding the front gate. THIS COMPANY THINKS IT CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. PLEASE I IMPORE YOU DO NOT LIVE HERE. I WOULDNT B WASTING MY TIME HERE IF I DIDNT FEEL THAT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT TO STEER U AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
