The office staff give me wrong or confliting information about my lease on several occasions. They often did not return phone calls. The office staff has a very high turn over and thus is often underinformed and unhelpful.

I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $693 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $693 during spring/summer for a private room.

Nice place to live. Pretty views and is quiet. Good student gpa discount makes rent the same every year. When things break they fix them right away. The staff are friendly and the apartments are very nice and clean!
