It was ok our first couple months, then our pipe burst in our bathroom flooding our apartment and they refused to change the carpet. Then our washer broke and flooded the apartment not once but twice and because it happened on a weekend they wouldn't pay to have someone come out and fix it and maintenance was off! So the rest of the time we lived there the apartment reaked of mold and mildew to the point were I finally moved out early because they wouldn't do anything about it! We lived there a year and they never fixed our balcony door (it didn't fit the space so the door never shut), never got us the correct screen for our sliding balcony door so we couldn't leave the door open or wasps flew in in the summer, the water heater pilot went out atleast 3 times a month and they're old heaters so we had to wait for maintenance to come get it lit again, the fire alarms would randomly go off, it was the worst living arrangment ever for the cost of the place! DO NOT RENT HERE!! All my neighbors had the exact same problems we did and over half paid to get out of their lease early because they couldn't stand it any more! And they keep most of your deposit for unexplained cleaning charges, which we repainted areas, shampooed our entire carpet, and scrubbed every nook and cranny of the place! I rented from spring '07 through summer '08. ...
