We had an overall good experience until the new management came in. PB Bell companies sold this place to Property Growth Fund, and we've had trouble ever since. The management is professional but a bit chilly, and they seem to be slightly to moderately inept at communicating.

The sole maintenace guy is a really hard worker, but he has a serious attitude problem. Besides that, three times we've set up appointments and three times he's been a no show. All the office will say is "he had an emergency". Well, we're not paying for emergencies and no-shows. When asked about his "truancy" he informed us that he can't promise to keep appointments.

It was so much nicer having PB Bell manage us! Where did the excellent service go! With Property Growth Fund, it seems to have gone down the toilet.

I rented from spring '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $800 during fall/winter for a private room.
