I just moved out of this place and thank goodness. The management is awful. There is a 75 dollar late fee, 3 days after the first of the month. There is a pet fee, not a deposit. You basically pay for your pet then when you move out you pay again to have your apartment cleaned. The management will lie to your face if you have a complaint or disagree with them. Actually it is not the entire staff it is just the manager. Stay as far as you can away from these apartments.



I rented from spring '06 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $755 during fall/winter for a private room.
