The parking is horrible. My car was hit 2 times while i lived there. Once i watched someone fling their door open and damage my door. the other time was someone was trying to park while backing up and took out my bumper in the process. There is really no problem with the noise. The grounds were maintained very well. I never had a problem with safty. other than the office staff are really just babysitters and have no regard for knowing the rules and on several instances when i had a safty concern, i.e. grill on upper balcony, they literally made up whatever came to mind, and were totally wrong.(they told me i could have my grill up on my balcony, and the cops told me otherwise). my one major uber complaint, and as everyone knows this is the key to apartment living. the office staff is absolutely terrible. They were the worst team of evil hatefull ppl that i have ever met. They on occasion went out of there way just to make your life difficult. The big problem with this complex and every other lindsey property is that it is pretty much franchised corporate subsidized lots of apartments with babysitters(office staff). they really arent given the same responsibilities of real apartment staff. because their corporate office really runs everything. they are just babysitters. But they act like gods. If you really care about your sanity and ease of living. please do not ever live in a lindsey apartment. there are several other good ones in the area. just search on this website. p.s. and as someone already mentioned. i hate the fact that the freaking pest guy shows up unannounced. in there own lease they state that they will give you a 24 hour notice. when i asked them to never do this again, they told me i would never get pest service again then. they really are that rude. p.s.s. when i finally had enough, after i moved out at the end of 2008 i called their public relations office (remember this is a corporate chain) and wanted to file a complaint against the management. i was very nice and polite. after a few minutes of me explaining all of the problems that i had over the past year, she asked me two questions. 1) did you already move out' 2)Have you collected your deposit back' i said yes and no. she told me verbatum. since you have moved out there is nothing i can do for you. when you turn in your keys you know long are affiliated with lindsey management. have a good day sir...click. i was soooo pissed. they dont care. their own place to make complaints to make stuff change, is just smoke and mirrors to fool you while you live there. i cerify that all of this is true. it really really is. this place was a true mistake.
