The management is very poor. We as tenants are feeling very unsafe and unsatisfied. We are faced with profiling because of our transportation and vehicles are being broken into and even stolen.We were harassed by police and a manager from corporate by the name of Otis. The new manager Meranda does a very poor job of helping out the tenants. She lacks social skills and doesn't listen.

I rented from winter '07 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $399 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $399 during spring/summer for a private room.
